At least 50 tons of Cambodian rat meats had been exported to Vietnam everyday, reports Deumm Ampil newspaper.
Deum Ampil quoted Vietnam Bridge News published on 12th May that, 5o tons of rat meat had been exported to Vietnam through the Takeo-An Giang border pass on a daily basis.
Vietnam Bridge News reported that those rat meats were bought from Cambodian traders and they were sold to markets in Ho Chi Minh City and Cuong Pho town.
These rat meats were sold at 10,000 Riels ($US2.50) per kilogram.

Well, it looks very yummy. I ate rat meat when I was growing up in Cambodia. Now I still see it as yummy, though I have never tried it since I left Cambodia.
last month, before khmer new year, i went to battambang town to visit my best friend there. It was scared to me when i saw they sell rat on national road 5.
oh my god !! khmer people because they are poor they eat this food.
Cambodia under govt of Hun Sen, is devevoped so fast from eating pork , chicken , beef..... to eat rat.... lol
